To satisfy huge information demand from the Industrial Waste Control Center, we assist the Center to maintain powerful OLAP system and existing IWMS in order to supply complex and versatile information in timely fashion.
We develop automatic inspection function to increase the online inspection power. These automatic systems will assist the human operated regular inspection to promptly and accurately catches up illegal activity and offers policy revision reference.
GPRS or 3G off-line and PDA portable devices joined to the existing system. Report, audit, and inquiry functions are developed for these new features. These features offer prompt monitoring on illegal activity.
We assist the EPA to adjust the efficiency of the system. This is necessary due to the large number of users will cause lower system efficiency when doing something at the same time. We also establish emergency response report system for the Industrial Waste Control Center in case if any emergency happens.
In this year, we planned the online reporting mechanism, regulation, and promoted waste transboundary movement online reporting. We integrated the existing system and database altogether, and added computer security function in IWMS system. Such addition reinforces users’ regulatory knowledge and system operation ability. More friendly and quicker online operation raised the database quality, better quality would have more powerful data auditing and statistical analysis function to achieve automatic data auditing and send prior warning to the waste maangement staff before illegal activity happens.
